2 or 3 piece heavy weight octagonal wood poles are made from Southern yellow pine, and are designed to be very strong.  They generally work well with most tents as a center pole.  For round tents without side poles, you should use heavy weight poles.  These should work fine with bell wedges up to of any height, and as center poles for tall rounds and squares.

Made from from heavy-duty souther yellow pine.  Clear-coating option is recommended to prevent eventual warping.  End pins are 3/8" and extend 3 inches from end (see options for longer pins).  Sleeves are steel tubing .
