Raised wall Pyramid tent with 2ft walls.  10x10x10ft high, made of durable off-white 12 ounce water-repellent cotton canvas.  The Door has a good overlap and two sets of ties. Center pole can be inside or even use a tripod of poles on the outside to really get some room and make for a nice look!  No floor as this is made historically accurate, and requires one pole, but you can add side poles for a better look and that allows for shorter ropes. Not fire retardant, but very water-resistant.  SUPER easy to put up.  All grommets are HAND SEWN super duty so no modern fittings on this one!

Usually, when I put one of these up, I use 3 ft side ropes and don't bother with tensioners, as they stay pretty tight without them. The center pole is usually just a 10ft pole with a 3/8 inch pin in the end, but I really like using a fully barked tripod of 3 inch pines and a boy scout style lashing.  I have a disk of wood on the inside and the rope goes through that to pull up the tent to the tripod.  I sealed the tripod poles with clearcoat so they won't peel or rot and it looks pretty good!

If you wanted to, you could also set this up as an 8ft tall pyramid by staking down the edge of the roof.
